By placing an order and/or accepting delivery of any product shipped from Mayesh Wholesale Florist, Inc. (“Mayesh”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Mayesh agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Mayesh. 

Product Availability: The inventory of product available on this web-site is updated regularly but not on a real-time basis and we make best efforts to ship any all items selected from our inventory. However, Mayesh reserves the right to notify Customer if product becomes unavailable, is sold out or otherwise unsuitable for shipping. 

Shipping: Mayesh uses a wide variety of freight options. The default freight carrier is Federal Express, but in certain cases we can accommodate customers if there is a more appropriate carrier. If you would like to explore alternative freight options, please feel free to call Mayesh at (855) 462-9374. With all freight, however, Mayesh will not be responsible for the performance of the carrier, including in the case of late or delayed shipments and can provide no guarantees with respect to delivery times. In the case of Federal Express, will only credit product and/or freight costs if the shipment arrives late by one day or more. 

Shipping lead times: Customer can choose shipping days within the following constraints. Mayesh ships overnight on Mondays – Thursdays. There is no shipping on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Mayesh will ship as early as the day following the order being placed, as long as that order is placed prior to 2pm Pacific Standard Time. 

Cancellations and Changes: Your order is a custom order and for a cancellation or change to be recognized and processed, you must call (888) 462-9374 at least one day in advance of shipping. If we do not receive timely notification of changes to your order, Mayesh will ship the order as placed. 

Credits and Claims: Mayesh will review requests for credits and claims if notification of a specific problem is made within 24 hours of Customer receipt of product. Mayesh may request digital photographs and will always follow up with a request for written description of the problem. Subsequent to review, a credit can be granted by Mayesh upon the issuance of a credit memo. 

Special Orders: Mayesh regularly executes special orders. Please feel free to call (888) 462-9374 to inquire about anything not available or not covered on this web site. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Mayesh and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 

Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement.
